Subcontract Administrator II

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update procurement files, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Support invoice review and reconciliation processes, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address subcontractor issues and support program needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required by senior subcontracts administrators and management.

  • Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2-4 years of relevant

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and government contracting principles (FAR/DFARS).
