Requirements

experience with at least 4 years of
experience leading and coaching high-performing teams - Deep fluency in US GAAP, with a demonstrated ability to apply technical accounting standards to complex, real-world business scenarios - Proven
experience navigating a complex financial reporting environment, including complex product offerings in a multi-entity environment - Proficiency in NetSuite, Google Sheets, Rippling, and AI-assisted tools is preferred - A mix of public accounting and industry

This position extends beyond traditional financial oversight; it involves leading tax and financial reporting compliance, ownership of payroll operations, the integrity of our revenue infrastructure, and the ongoing development of our accounting practices.

These are the key ways you’ll contribute and create impact in this role: - Own and co-manage the month-end close process with the Accounting Managers, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under US GAAP on NetSuite - Manage cash flow, ensuring the business has visibility into its financial position - Lead the year-end audit, including ownership of the audited financial statements and notes, and act as a primary liaison with external auditors - Partner cross-functionally and provide accounting
