CX Delivery Excellence Product Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead within a matrixed operating model across teams to bring together product analysts and managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Drive thought leadership and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage strategic initiatives from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategies.
  • Conduct research for key projects, including, but not limited to, investment opportunities, M&A opportunities, technology processes, and overall business improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.
  • Advise other leaders on overall strategy direction, presentations and initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, materials, and presentations.

  • About You Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of
  • experience in management consulting (MBB/Big 4) AI tool literacy and hands on application (ex. Claude, Cursor) a must Demonstrated
  • experience in advising on successful strategies for complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the functions in CX.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
