Responsibilities
- Support client training experiences by attending all components of training events, including pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients, instructors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Participate in the Supporting Crew Member (SCM) program at CAE SIMCOM in Orlando, Florida, providing “right seat support” during FAA-approved 14 CFR 142 and authorized 14 CFR 135 training programs.
- Complete required forms, documentation, and checklists associated with training events.
- Qualifications Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate Airplane Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating Instrument rating (multi-engine airplane) Minimum 50 hours of multi-engine and instrument
- experience Minimum 400 hours total flight time Availability for a minimum of 35 training events within a 12-month period Ability to commit to approximately 10–15 working days per month Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts that may occur 24/7 with a minimum call-out duration of 4 hours Must reside within the Orlando, Florida area Ability to maintain professional standards and follow structured procedures Preferred
