Manufacturing Associate I - Tier 3 (3rd 5x8)

Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required.
  • Identify problems, communicate issues to Crew Leads and Supervisors, and assist with problem-solving.
  • Support a respectful workplace.
  • Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management.
  • Work in a safe manner and follow safety policies.

Requirements

  • Participate in required 5S and Autonomous Maintenance activities.
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer skills. Minimum of one year
  • experience in a related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
  • Ability to read and understand reports and a willingness to cross train on several operations.
