Responsibilities
- Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required.
- Identify problems, communicate issues to Crew Leads and Supervisors, and assist with problem-solving.
- Support a respectful workplace.
- Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management.
- Work in a safe manner and follow safety policies.
Requirements
- Participate in required 5S and Autonomous Maintenance activities.
- QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer skills. Minimum of one year
- experience in a related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
- Ability to read and understand reports and a willingness to cross train on several operations.
