  • What you’ll do? Design and execute the implementation of employee development guidelines, programs and policies (job rotation, mentoring, coaching, assessments and others) ensuring governance and metric.
  • This includes support for ELT talent discussions and materials, with solid attention to details, organization and storytelling.
  • Consult and partner with HRBPs, and key business stakeholders in delivering development products.
