Requirements
- What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field is required.

- We’re looking for a talent and leadership development manager that is responsible for designing and implementing leadership and employee development portfolios, ensuring meaningful experiences that help our employees grow in their careers.
- The position will partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and talent teams to identify and deliver solutions that build leadership capabilities and related behaviors for senior leadership.
- What you’ll do? Design and execute the implementation of employee development guidelines, programs and policies (job rotation, mentoring, coaching, assessments and others) ensuring governance and metric.
- This includes support for ELT talent discussions and materials, with solid attention to details, organization and storytelling.
- Consult and partner with HRBPs, and key business stakeholders in delivering development products.
