Requirements
- EARLY CHILDHOOD BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME) – ONTARIO, OH SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
- experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
- - Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to travel to the clinic and/or client homes in the Ontario area.
- - Commitment to Growth: Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!).
- - Training: Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
- - Active CPR certification is preferred.

- Location: Clinic and/or In-home (Ontario area) Hours & Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life! Shift options include: - Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM - Full Day: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Extended Afternoon/Evening: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM - Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

- YOUR ROLE: - Be a Play-Maker: Work 1:1 with children in a clinic or in-home setting.
- You aren't just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals. - Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills. - Data & Collaboration: Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving. - Support Families: Build trust with parents through parent training and consistent, upbeat communication.
- Work Environment: This role is active! You must feel comfortable working inside client homes, visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory, and supporting clinic-based needs as required.
