We’re looking for Spanish (Andean) language specialists who live and breathe grammar, orthography, regionalisms, intonation patterns, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references unique to Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador.
You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like regional colloquialisms, contextual interpretation, tone adaptation, syntactic accuracy, and semantic precision—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model in Spanish (Andean) across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
