- We're pretty flexible on where you focus based on your strengths and interests, but you should be comfortable being the person who owns this function end to end.
- What You'll Do - Own IT infrastructure end to end from device procurement, MDM, identity and access management, and endpoint security - Lead office buildout and operations as Exa scales - Build and maintain security and compliance programs (SOC2, ISO 27001) from the ground up - Set up and manage AV and conference room infrastructure so the team can move fast without friction - Own employee onboarding from a tech and ops perspective, making sure everyone is set up and productive from day one What We're
