Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects.
Define and communicate the value of technical solutions through structured documentation, value charters, and roadmaps.
Lead technical discussions with customers and guide solution direction.
Handle code reviews and pull request management to ensure code quality.
Manage task assignments within sprints and ensure timely delivery.
Mentor team members within projects, sharing feedback and supporting growth opportunities.
Support pre-sales through proposal development, contract review, and client presentations.
Conduct technical interviews for Architect and Engineer candidates.
Perform 1:1s and support the career growth of your direct reports.
Navigate customer and team challenges with strong conflict resolution and leadership skills. Your

experience managing a team (preferably in the areas of cloud, devops or application development) ●
Experience working with AWS or other cloud-related solutions ●
Experience writing, reviewing, and deploying using multiple different coding languages (nodejs, go, react, angular, typescript, python, etc)
Experience managing professional services engagements

Experience working in a client-facing environment •
Experience working in consulting or professional services •
Experience with testing and automation •
Experience with UI/UX •
