Responsibilities

Handle manual adjustments, ensuring correct approvals and accounting rules are followed.
Audit billing data prior to final invoicing.
Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, credits, or adjustments.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Requirements:
