Responsibilities
- Identify funding opportunities and partnership priorities by keeping track of new opportunities.
- Support development of donor intelligence briefs and databases for the SA region.
- Track trends in regional philanthropy, development assistance, CSR, private sector and global health financing. Key Responsibilities 1.
- Donor Landscaping Conduct desk reviews to map and identify key donors including bilateral, multilateral, philanthropic, CSR, and private-sector funding organizations operating in Southeast Asia region.
- Identify donor priorities, thematic focus areas, geographic interests, and funding mechanisms. 2.
- Develop and maintain a tracker of funding opportunities relevant to organizational priorities.
- Identify upcoming calls for proposals, concept notes, and partnership windows. 3.
- Support creation of dashboards, matrices, and visualization tools for donor tracking.
- Prepare donor profiles and thematic analyses.
- Maintain updated donor trackers and databases.
Requirements

- Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate student in Public Health, International Development, Public Policy, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills
- Experience in public health donor engagement Familiarity with global health and development financing.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia development landscape.
- Basic data visualization and database management skills.
- Functional Competencies: Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to plan, organize, implement, and report on work.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Demonstrates integrity and ethical standards.
- Requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi Must have legal authorization to work in India .

- The intern will support donor landscaping and partnership mapping activities focused specifically for the Communicable Disease and Immunization vertical for the Southeast Asia region.
- The assignment aims to identify potential bilateral, multilateral, philanthropic, corporates social responsibility (CSRs), and private-sector donors aligned with program priorities in public health, specifically in communicable disease and immunization.
- The intern will support in conducting the below activities primarily for communicable diseases and immunization vertical: Conduct donor mapping and landscape analysis with focus on Southeast Asia region.
- Opportunity Tracking Monitor donor websites, funding opportunities (RFP’s), grants, and partnership announcements.
- Donor Intelligence and Analysis Develop donor profiles focusing on funding priorities, geographic focus, average grant size, strategic interests, application processes and existing partnerships with Southeast Asia region.
- Analyzing trends in health financing by the donors in the Southeast Asia region including funding allocated to other partners in CD and immunization vertical 4.
- Expected Deliverables: The intern will be expected to: Develop a comprehensive Southeast Asia donor landscape matrix for the CD and Immunization vertical.
