Enterprise Account Executive - Public & Private Sector

Requirements

• Our Account Directors are trusted advisors to both the public sector and financial institutions, driven by our mission to make the world a safer place and to build trust in blockchains.
• Success requires strong outbound instincts, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to create demand in an evolving market where Chainalysis is still establishing its footprint.
• experience selling into Korean financial institutions and/or Korean government, intelligence, defence, or law enforcement agencies - A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments - Demonstrated success in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales with complex sales cycles, including closing multi-million dollar deals. -
• Experience selling compliance, risk, fraud, data, investigations, or security solutions - Established trusted relationships within the Korean financial services ecosystem and/or Korean National Security / Public Sector agencies - Strong understanding of Korean public sector procurement systems as well as financial services buying processes and regulatory considerations (e.g., FSC, FSS, KoFIU) - The ability to think like an entrepreneur and develop market segments from scratch - Demonstrated
• experience building markets or territories from the ground up - Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value - Track record in both new business development and strategic & tactical account development - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited structure - A passion to deliver on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in blockchains - Native-level Korean and business-level English
