Responsibilities
- Prioritize product investments across a portfolio of revenue products based on customer impact, revenue potential, margin profile, adoption opportunity, and strategic importance.
- Develop clear product narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Analyze product-level financial performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve monetization, reduce cost, increase margins, and drive sustainable growth.
- Make data-informed decisions around pricing, cost structure, product investment, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Evaluate customer willingness to pay, competitive positioning, usage behavior, and business economics to create pricing models that maximize customer value and company revenue.
- Continuously test and optimize monetization strategies to improve conversion, expansion, retention, and product profitability. User
- Ensure product experiences support both self-serve adoption and assisted customer success motions.
- Develop strategies to increase attach rate and usage of Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and related products across HighLevel’s customer base.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue per customer through cross-sell, upsell, bundling, and improved product discovery.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional product initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
- Create strong operating rhythms around planning, execution, reporting, experimentation, and performance reviews.
- Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers responsible for revenue-generating products.
- Build a culture of accountability, experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession.
Requirements

- Market, Customer & Competitive Insights Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, agency workflows, communications trends, CPaaS market dynamics, email deliverability, WhatsApp business messaging, compliance requirements, and competitive offerings.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions, and go-to-market priorities.
- Strong understanding of P&L ownership, monetization strategy, unit economics, margin optimization, and business forecasting.
- Experience developing and launching pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS or usage-based products.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, align stakeholders, and execute across complex product portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and measure impact.
- Experience with CPaaS, telephony, messaging, email, WhatsApp Business, communications APIs, or usage-based communications products.
- Experience with email deliverability, sender reputation, messaging compliance, carrier registration, A2P 10DLC, WhatsApp Business Platform, or similar regulated communications environments.
- Experience with PLG, self-serve SaaS, agency-focused platforms, SMB products, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of agency workflows, marketing automation, CRM, customer engagement, or small business software.
- They bring a strong sense of ownership, high intellectual curiosity, deep customer empathy, and a bias toward measurable impact.

- Qualifications 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years leading product teams.

- Responsibilities Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership Own the product strategy and roadmap for HighLevel’s revenue-generating products, including Phone / CPaaS, Email, WhatsApp, and other usage-based or subscription-based products.
- P&L Ownership & Business Performance Own the business performance of assigned product lines, including revenue growth, gross margin, usage trends, attach rate, adoption, retention, and profitability.
- Partner with Finance, RevOps, Data, and executive leadership to establish revenue targets, forecast performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage tradeoffs.
- Pricing, Packaging & Monetization Lead pricing and packaging strategy for revenue-generating products, including usage-based pricing, subscription tiers, add-ons, bundles, overages, and margin optimization.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to launch pricing and packaging changes effectively.
