Responsibilities
- Lead the Transformation in Oncology Care At Evolent, we’re redefining how care is delivered for individuals facing cancer.
- Establish clear performance expectations, monitor quality and efficiency, and provide coaching to support professional growth.
- Drive accountability across the team while fostering a culture of collaboration, clinical rigor, and continuous improvement.
- Foster trusted peer relationships with oncologists to encourage sustainable behavior change that improves patient outcomes.
- Support practice-level transformation initiatives that reduce unwarranted variation and enhance quality.
- Document peer interactions and clinical decisions in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- What You’ll Be Doing: Location focus: Work from home with a mic of travel within Pennsylvania.
- Qualifications MD/DO/MBBS with board certification in Medical Oncology .
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with proven ability to influence physician behavior.
- All candidates must complete a comprehensive background check, in-person I-9 verification, and may be subject to drug screening prior to employment.
- The use of artificial intelligence tools during interviews is prohibited and monitored.
- Requirements: We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
