Responsibilities

Lead the Transformation in Oncology Care At Evolent, we’re redefining how care is delivered for individuals facing cancer.
Establish clear performance expectations, monitor quality and efficiency, and provide coaching to support professional growth.
Drive accountability across the team while fostering a culture of collaboration, clinical rigor, and continuous improvement.
Foster trusted peer relationships with oncologists to encourage sustainable behavior change that improves patient outcomes.
Support practice-level transformation initiatives that reduce unwarranted variation and enhance quality.
Document peer interactions and clinical decisions in a timely and accurate manner.

What You’ll Be Doing: Location focus: Work from home with a mic of travel within Pennsylvania.
Qualifications MD/DO/MBBS with board certification in Medical Oncology .
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with proven ability to influence physician behavior.
All candidates must complete a comprehensive background check, in-person I-9 verification, and may be subject to drug screening prior to employment.
The use of artificial intelligence tools during interviews is prohibited and monitored.
Requirements: We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $270,000- $340,000 (location specific).
