Requirements
- Responsibilities Demonstrate technical expertise understanding of functional HR processes to act as primary authority and owner for Workday configuration within your defined area(s) of responsibility defining and shaping the business process architecture .
- Work Independent functional projects as a reporting subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge of the data set for each reporting project Must have Workday Configuration in the following areas: HCM/Compensation/Absence/Recruitment/Security/Report/EIBs.
- Stay abreast of new functionality and implement enhancements that support the delivery of HR services Provide Workday training to support users’ roles and strengthen the organization’s ability to use Workday effectively and efficiently
- experience is desired Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically including Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, etc.)
