Requirements

Requirements for the Position Must have 10+ years of
experience also with School (K-12 / University) construction Prefer local Memphis candidates who are familiar with the codes and have a good relationship with many of the local subcontractors.
Education/Experience Bachelor’s/Associates degree in Construction/Business Management preferred ( but not required ). 3+ years of Educational/School project
experience in the ground-up / new- construction industry.
