Senior Manager, Client Strategy

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to expand current engagements through new channels, services, or innovations.
Lead research and insight development across competitive landscape, category dynamics, audience behavior, and emerging trends.
Create strategies rooted in consumer truth and business outcomes.
Collaborate with media teams to shape channel mix, audience strategy, and investment allocations.
Support sales team with strategic insight during discovery, pitch development, and onboarding.
Mentor and guide team members with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, analytics, and sales teams.

6–10 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in strategic planning and client leadership.

In this role, you’ll help translate client goals into actionable strategies that fuel business growth, deepen brand equity, and drive innovation across channels.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
