Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive @MRPORTER

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, networks and creator talent, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating commerical optimisations and briefing and coordinating the delivery of best-in-class campaigns.
Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance reporting, analysing results to generate actionable insights, measure success and communicate recommendations and learnings to key stakeholders.
Maintain key team resources, including campaign calendars, budget trackers, creative briefs and post-campaign reporting.
Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners and creators to strengthen and diversify MR PORTER's partnership portfolio.
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Social, PR, Editorial, Buying, Finance and Global Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
Champion the MR PORTER brand by ensuring all affiliate and influencer activity is executed to the highest standard and aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

experience in affiliate or digital marketing, ideally within a luxury, fashion, e-commerce or affiliate agency environment.
Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel and reporting platforms to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
An excellent communicator with the ability to build collaborative relationships and negotiate effectively with partners.
Solutions-focused, with sound judgement, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
