- Competitive Compensation:
- W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)
- 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)

- Daybreak Health partners with 100+ school districts and Kaiser Permanente to deliver teletherapy to students ages 11-24 across California.
- We're hiring licensed California therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) who want a stable caseload, consistent referrals, and the chance to make a real impact on student wellbeing.
- Choose between W-2 (full benefits) or 1099 (flexible contract). 100% remote.
- You do not have to be based in California to be eligible for this position, but you must be a licensed California therapist . Associate therapists are not eligible for this position. Key Benefits
