Responsibilities

Maintenance & Calibration : Coordinate and/or perform breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and calibration activities for production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

Other Tasks : Perform any other tasks or duties as required to support the team and operations. Qualifications &
experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices, with the ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings. Proven
experience in performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, ensuring equipment is always in optimal working condition.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively across teams.
Solid understanding of computer systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, both as part of a team and independently.
Experience in injection molding or related fields, with a strong understanding of molding processes and equipment.

About the Role: The Production & Assembly function is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and packaging products.
As an Equipment Specialist Molding, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment.
This includes programming, setup, and monitoring of equipment processes, while ensuring compliance with ResMed’s quality, OH&S, GMP policies, and regulatory requirements. Key
Equipment Setup : Conduct the necessary equipment and tool setup in molding machines to meet production requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
Documentation & Compliance : Accurately document and record all maintenance and calibration activities as required for production equipment, ensuring full compliance with operational standards.
Safety & Compliance : Adhere to standard maintenance and operating procedures, GMP, 5S practices, and Health and Safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Continuous Improvement : Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adapting existing maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency and productivity.
Cross-functional Support : Support other departments in ensuring that new projects and equipment are delivered, installed, and maintained on time and to the highest standard.
Proactive self-management with a commitment to completing work to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Flexibility to work within a varied schedule, depending on production needs.
