Responsibilities
- Plan and execute within your assigned territory of agency and partner accounts, driving a balanced approach across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise level prospects.
- Develop and implement channel partner programs for agency and tech partners including marketing initiatives, events, lunch and learns and workshops
- Execute all impact.com systems and tools to the highest standard, ensuring customer records are timely and complete
Requirements
- You’re a key conduit between our Agency and Tech partners and the go-to-market Sales and Marketing teams and a liaison to our Customer Success and Publisher Development teams.
- This role is fundamental to the success of the go-to-market sales team, driving primarily new customer logos as well as growth from existing customers via cross-sell opportunities, and upgrades.
- Master the lead indicators of the impact.com sales process such as generating minimum visible pipeline, accurate forecasting, driving value alignment with agencies, partners and prospects and securing win:win commercial outcomes
- Have the ability to navigate and manage short, medium and complex long term sales-cycles with a range of different personas within agencies, technical partners and with prospects as required.
- Be a highly effective communicator and stakeholder manager and have the ability to plan ahead to deliver required outcomes
- Have a commitment to consistently building own knowledge base around the performance marketing and partnerships ecosystem and impact.com’s role within it
- Must have at least 3+ years successful commercial
- experience with evidence of consistent performance and target attainment within a sales / SaaS organisation 1+ years minimum
- experience working with agencies and technical partners
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC •
- Experience with sales and outbound communication tools (such as Salesforce, Salesloft etc)
- Free Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
