Responsibilities: Inspire, mentor, and grow a cross-functional squad to deliver end-to-end data value streams, embedding engineering excellence that aligns with our roadmap—especially in Kafka streaming and event-driven architectures.
What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Info Systems or equivalent experience/qualifications. 7+ years as a Software Engineer, with proven technical leadership.
Strong in systems/software design, modern web/cloud tech (e.g., React, Go, TypeScript, Java), and deep hands-on with Kafka for event-driven streaming, plus AWS services for scalable infra.
Agile mastery (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), plus a passion for building resilient data schemas and real-time pipelines.
