- About the Role As a Recruiting Coordinator at Exa, you will work with candidates in our recruiting pipeline, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
- You’ll represent Exa externally, and be the main touchpoint for our talent pool.
- What You’ll Do - Own the recruiting cycle, from outbound strategy to interview process to close - Represent Exa and convince top talent to join our team - Move candidates along the pipeline, answer questions, and work with our recruiting team on sourcing strategy - Handle our hyperscale needs.
- We routinely grow our team by ~1.5x each quarter. Desired
