Responsibilities
- Prepare for and support in GAAP financial audit
- Support month end close, reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, perform monthly and quarterly flux analyses for the balance sheet and income statement
- Support JE for intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities; ensure accurate eliminations and timely settlement
- Identify opportunities to improve financial and accounting processes, including systems, tools, software, and workflows
- Build and develop AP process for month end close activities, including accrual process and aged payable review What You’ll Need BA/BS in Accounting
- Proven track record of supporting an accounting ecosystem (Financial ERP or payable software) implementations Prior

- Experience working with GAAP accounting standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects and tasks •
- Experience supporting building processes, procedures, and workflows that enable sustainable business scaling
- Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no “red tape”)
- Experience working with healthcare organizations in MSO/PC structures A CPA designation
- Experience with modern accounting, payroll, and business intelligence tools such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Rillet, Rippling, Runway, Looker (or similar: Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

- Assist with payroll accounting, including accruals, reconciliations, and period end close activities; ensure accurate recording of compensation expenses and related liabilities in compliance with GAAP and company policies
