Requirements
- Utilising methods such as face-to-face, blended learning, eLearning, emulators, and part-task trainers, you will deliver a range of courses from the PSTC suite of training including but not limited to: Naval Electrical Systems and Equipment Maintenance Naval Power Generation Equipment Integrated Platform Management Systems Operation/Maintenance PLC Programming/Maintenance Description All activities necessary to deliver specific training courses Support operation instruction to ensure successful training
- Qualifications Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within first 12months of employment) Cert III or higher in Electrical Fitting or similar Ideally will have a Naval background, but not essential Ability to work on-site, 5 days a week at Randwick Barracks Ability to obtain/maintain an Australia Defence Security Clearance – must be an AU Citizen! Preferred
- Experience in training development and learning package maintenance. Background in Naval Defence instructional roles or equivalent technical training positions.
