Requirements
- What You Bring Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of
- experience in customer service, healthcare, or healthcare technology Foundational understanding of healthcare or provider workflows (or strong interest in learning) Prior
- Experience delivering training or facilitating user sessions Background in a healthcare technology environment Skills & Competencies Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams and functions
- Video participation is required to ensure that only authorized personnel are present in meetings and to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, preventing social engineering, or the sharing of confidential information with non-participants.
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
