Responsibilities

Rethink navigation, redesign workflows, and raise the bar on every surface of the product. - Own the design system.
Build and maintain a reusable component library that makes it easy for the rest of the team to ship polished UI without getting stuck on design decisions. - Be the design voice on the team.

Requirements - Deep technical mastery of the JavaScript ecosystem, particularly React and TypeScript (3+ years of experience). - A sharp eye for product design and intuitive UX.
experience with product design or design tools like Figma. You can contribute to the design process, not just implement it. - Prior
experience from companies like Databricks, AWS, Red Hat, and more.

You’ll be working closely with the co-founders and engineering team to: - Revamp and elevate.
Continuously improve the look, feel, and usability of Infisical.
Work closely with other engineers to unblock them on UX questions, critique implementations, and push the team to make intuitive UI. - Build end-to-end.
Take features from concept to production across the stack, with a strong focus on the frontend experience.
When you notice when something feels off, you know how to fix it. - Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to iterate quickly with feedback. - Based in North or South America.
