Experience A Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and a member of the bar (not state specific) The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of general business law
experience at a major law firm and/or in-house corporate legal department, including commercial and/or real estate law, and wide-ranging contract

The Legal Counsel, NA Operations will be a member of the Law Department at the Global Headquarters for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio, serving as a thought leader and partner to the NA Operations team.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Serve as risk advisor and trusted partner to Operations on a wide range of legal issues impacting the organization and its business objectives Structure, draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts of various size, complexity, and scope for clients in North America, including supply agreements, MSAs, SOWs, supply chain agreements, transportation agreements, and commercial real estate contracts including purchase and sale agreements and leases
