Responsibilities
- Manage benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and annual open enrollment processes, partnering with brokers, vendors, and HRIS providers to ensure accuracy and a seamless employee experience.
- Configure and support system workflows, business processes, security roles, reporting, and integrations.
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate employee communications and coordination with payroll, finance, and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, data governance standards, and system procedures.
- Maintain employee records, including I-9s, licenses, certifications, and other required documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of People metrics, dashboards, and reporting, providing insights on headcount, hiring, retention, turnover, engagement, leave utilization, and other workforce trends.
- Maintain compliant employee records and support I-9 administration, record retention, documentation reviews, and other compliance-related processes.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support updates to policies, processes, reporting, and employee communications to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage AI and automation, and enhance the employee
