Responsibilities
- - Support execution and oversight of the demand generation marketing mix, including social media, email marketing, events, content production, and media buying - Partner with the Senior Marketing Director to manage cross-functional initiatives and oversee campaign execution from start to finish - Own and manage partner marketing programs to increase engagement, leads, and revenue from integration and channel partners - Assist in the production of marketing content, including video, audio, and graphic

- ROLE OVERVIEW: ButterflyMX is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic generalist and right hand to the Senior Marketing Director.
- REQUIREMENTS - B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience - 3-5 years of
- experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, with exposure to multiple marketing functions (e.g., email marketing, events, content, paid media, marketing automation) - Proficiency with data analysis in Excel -
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Salesforce -
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns or projects - Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Hands-on
- Experience with media buying, email marketing, and campaign execution - Understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript - Proven
- experience in managing multiple projects at the same time - Strong negotiation skills and
- experience working with media vendors - Proven project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and executive stakeholders - Proven
- experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings.
