Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Energy Products & Quoting, ensuring it supports ENSEK's customer commitments, international expansion, and the industry's shift toward flexible and dynamic pricing. •
- Lead the evolution of the platform's product modelling and quoting capabilities to expand support for modern energy propositions: time-of-use tariffs (static and dynamic), multi-rate structures, export products, agile pricing, and bundled propositions. •
- Champion the integration of AI across the product area, from intelligent product recommendations and pricing optimisation to AI-assisted catalogue management, driving toward an AI-enabled energy operating model. •
- Drive international product capability, ensuring energy products and quoting can be localised and configured for new regulatory markets without bespoke development. •
- Ensure that strategy delivers intended
- Coach and develop the product management capability within your team, contributing to the wider product community, and championing AI literacy and capability building. •
- Guide stakeholders through product lifecycle decisions, using evidence to determine when to invest further, pivot, or retire products and features. Key outcomes: •
Requirements
- experience through automation and AI‑driven insight, all underpinned by modern, cloud‑native architecture.
- We are building for AI-enabled energy operating models, and this role will be at the forefront of embedding AI into how products are configured, priced, and quoted.
- Demonstrable progress toward AI-enabled product configuration, pricing, and quoting. •
- experience leading product strategy for multi-geography or multi-market platforms, including localisation and regulatory adaptation in highly regulated industries. •
- Deep understanding of CPQ concepts: product modelling, pricing rules, eligibility, bundling, versioning, and quote lifecycle management. •
- Proven ability to coach and develop Product Managers and influence senior stakeholders, including direct customer engagement. • Demonstrable
- experience contributing to or leading business cases and commercial analysis. •
- Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries is advantageous but not required. We value strong CPQ and platform product experience from any sector. Company Benefits •
