- experience leading SaaS sales teams, ideally in the mid-market / commercial segment ~10+ years in B2B technology sales, with several years in a leadership role Strong track record of building new regions, scaling teams, and operating in high-growth environments Data-driven sales management experience, including Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software Strong communication, coaching, team development, and stakeholder management skills

Benefits
- The base salary range for this job family is 117,500 to 198,000 EUR annually.
- This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure.
- Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.
