Responsibilities
- Ensure that all hazmat shipments are properly identified, packaged and documented.
- Process shipments in MRP and identify any clear any issues that may impact shipment confirmation.
- Effectively manage and prioritize logistics tasks per customer needs in a complex and dynamic environment, supporting the needs of multiple programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and on-time-delivery to customers, prioritizing request to meet critical deadlines and program timelines.
Requirements

- Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience): Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 1-2 years of
- experience in logistics or supply chain management within regulated environment (aerospace, defense) Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements.
- Experience working with government contracts or defense-related programs preferred. Proven
- experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in logistics and supply chain software systems (Oracle) Other
- Qualifications & Desired Competencies: Familiarity with export compliance and international shipping regulations.
- Occasionally may be required to travel within the Continental U.S.

- In this role, the Logistics Assistant II will closely collaborate with internal departments of Supply Chain and Operations. Position
- Process incoming RMAs in MRP system and see the process through completion.
- Responsible for AES filing and export documentation.
- Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
- ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
