Responsibilities
- Ensure High-Quality Deliveries: By ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery process, you will directly contribute to the success of our Customer Success team, giving them full confidence in the quality of every product delivery.
- Drive Innovation: Help us explore and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows for our UAT processes, identifying opportunities to make our work more efficient and scalable.
- Solve Problems: You'll have the opportunity to identify pain points in our delivery cycle and propose solutions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Who You Are:

- We're looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to join our team for a six-month period. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on
- Elevate our UAT Process: You will be instrumental in developing and standardizing our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
- This includes running UATs on new deliveries and existing customer configurations, ensuring everything meets our quality standards before it's handed over to our Customer Success team.
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving and isn't afraid to take initiative.
- A great communicator who can work effectively with different teams.
