Requirements

experience with a portfolio that showcases your skills
Strong UI skills and a clean visual design sense •
Experience designing for diverse platforms (web, iOS, Android)
Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour •
Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
Solid planning and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions •
Expert proficiency in Figma
Experience working in a sports entertainment or betting industry setting Mentoring skills

As part of a cross-functional team, you'll collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and other team members to deliver functional and creative solutions to complex problems, helping to shape the future of Super.
Work autonomously within a cross-functional, agile product team to deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on great user experience, balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion, and ease of implementation
Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey, encompassing customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and final interface design
Proactively gather and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
Experience defining information architecture and user flows
A willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback, contributing to a healthy and supportive feedback culture
