Senior Solution & Professional Services Consultant

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Drive the complete customer onboarding lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring.
  • Strategic Architecture: Lead technical discovery sessions, conduct workshops, and design API integrations to connect Wrike into existing customer software ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Project & Account Management: Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, tracking milestones in Wrike and Salesforce to achieve critical success metrics.
  • experience working with APIs for software integrations and automating complex workflows.
  • Process Mastery: Ability to quickly dissect a customer's complex business processes and map them to clear, goal-oriented Wrike implementations.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of change management principles and thorough expertise in at least one key segment (e.g., PMO, Marketing/Creative, IT, or Professional Services).
  • Execution & Ownership: Superior personal organization and a firm sense of accountability to juggle multiple competing priorities with poise under pressure. Standout Qualities:
  • An advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
  • Formal certifications in industry-standard project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.). Prior
  • experience driving impact within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • In this role, you will be deeply embedded in our own platform—using Wrike, Salesforce, and modern integration tools to manage your book of business.

Experience

  • Experience: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience; 3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer AND 5+ years in project management or consulting.
