Requirements
- experience through a series of three-month rotational assignments, shadowing key leaders including a Process Engineer, Health and Safety Manager, Plant Optimization Leader, and Business Leader.
- You will prepare detailed reports demonstrating your understanding of manufacturing processes, support functions, and technical knowledge of equipment and systems within designated areas.
- Additionally, you will complete targeted management and leadership courses designed for entry-level managers, ensuring a strong foundation for future leadership roles. At the successful conclusion of the first year of the MLDP program, the candidate would then be typically assigned to a one year assignment as a Shift Operations Manager.
- Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or three year certificate in engineering, business management or related discipline.
- experience working with teams to implement change and be adept at communicating with all levels to get everyone on board.
- Personal computer skills in a networked environment.
