Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a reliable and tech capable Legal Office Receptionist to support daily administrative operations and serve as a professional first point of contact for a legal office environment.
- The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, communicates clearly, and feels comfortable using modern tools including AI driven software.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide general support to attorneys and staff Answer inbound calls and route them appropriately Respond to general phone and email inquiries Assist with additional operational tasks as requested Provide accurate basic information to callers Support daily administrative and operational tasks Assist with calendar management and scheduling Maintain organized internal records and documentation Perform data entry and system updates as needed Coordinate messages
- Tech savvy and comfortable with AI tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
