Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

Responsibilities

Deliver high-touch patient support , managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills
Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
Monitor and promote medication adherence
Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly

High School Diploma or GED Preferred
CPhT certification (highly valued)
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently Join Us

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $50,000 and $65,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
