- ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and leadership team – driving the company's most important strategic initiatives, sharpening how we operate, and acting as a force multiplier for the CEO.
- This role offers visibility across the entire company and the wider world of investors, regulators, the financial sector and clients that our leadership engages with.
- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Formulating cross-functional strategic projects and owning their execution end to end.
- - Staying close to performance data: understanding the underlying drivers, building a regular reporting cadence, and identifying and leading strategic transformation initiatives.
- - Collaborating across the company to drive impact and unblock complex challenges.
