Account Manager, Healthcare & Transit Partnerships

  • Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and operational contacts across your accounts, with a focus on identifying the right stakeholders to drive growth
  • Execute against strategies to achieve quarter-over-quarter growth quotas, applying critical thinking to prioritize accounts and opportunities with the highest return
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners, presenting performance data, insights, and recommendations
  • Lead effective sales meetings with clear goals and defined next steps, qualifying opportunities with strong discovery and follow-through

  • You'll develop trusted relationships with your partners, become a Lyft product expert, and learn to identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across your accounts.
  • Ability to understand and absorb new information quickly, particularly in complex or technical product environments
  • Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of individuals and functions

  • The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $60,800 - $76,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.

  • You'll join a talented team focused on one thing: using technology and Lyft's network of drivers to improve transportation for patients, members, and transit riders. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of healthcare and transit partners, including NEMT brokers, transportation management companies, healthcare API partners, and transit agencies
  • Actively participate in cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Public Policy, bringing partner feedback and perspective to the table
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills β€” able to communicate clearly and adapt your message depending on the audience and situation
  • High levels of sales persistence, work ethic, and creativity; comfortable running discovery conversations, qualifying opportunities, and following through to close
  • Strong analytical curiosity β€” comfortable using data to understand account performance, identify trends, and surface opportunities
