- Purpose of this Position: Manage the relationship and projects with OEMs to support the OE business plan.
- Communicate customer's' requirements, expectations, technical gaps, and Goodyear's strategy and technologies.
- Assist the teamwork of related functions to be able to meet customers' technical expectations. Principle
- Communicate the information from customers to tire development teams to properly respond customers' expectations.
- Communicate our technologies and technical approaches to customers representing tire development team.
- Share information with other relavant functions (OE Sales, Marketing, QA, Manufacturing) to ensure the teamwork for engineering approvals and customer partnership.
