  • Job Description Reporting to the Head of Accounting Policy, the AVP, Accounting Policy will lead/assist in providing technical accounting oversight for Antares Holdings, third party funds, and BDCs and assist with other financial reporting initiatives for Antares.
  • Responsibilities Assess the impact of evolving accounting standards and coordinate the implementation of new accounting pronouncements Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including the business, finance, structured products, asset management, legal, tax, operations and treasury on new business initiatives, documenting and communicating to management the accounting and reporting implications/needs and ensuring deliverables to such stakeholders are met Review financial statements, including MD&A and
