Responsibilities
- Cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow a local community of moderators (i.e., the volunteers who are developing, maintaining, and crafting the culture of local communities) and implement a conversion funnel to onboard external creators and local users to turn them into active moderators.
- Run reports, build dashboards, analyze data, set KPIs, and execute impactful community initiatives: leverage data to uncover community and moderator insights that will influence the direction of your market pod.
Requirements
- With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 121 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information.
- Gain a deep understanding of the market and specialized knowledge to identify user and moderator pain points, competitors, and market opportunities.
- experience with a track record of community-led projects that have driven business impact.
- Deep knowledge and understanding French culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, language, topics of interest, taboos, etc.
- Nuanced comprehension of the digital landscape and the cultural intricacies inherent within it.
- Proficiency in English and based in the UK or Ireland
- In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
