Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency, reliability, and sustainability through strategic project initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Ability to analyze project risks, solve problems effectively, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of engineering, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight practices.
- Must be able to access all areas of the plant and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions while following safety requirements.
