Responsibilities

Utilize effective lean process design techniques to optimize overall manufacturing system performance by providing innovative solutions that integrate within the value stream Assessment and maintenance of Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) within Andersen Network Utilize reporting such as Blue Yonder, Business Objects, and Power BI to identify gaps in performance to standard Work with logistics operations to install, enforce, and maintain ELS system Identify causes of process variation

The ELS program is currently supported through the JDA/Blue Yonder platform.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate technical information in a confident & respectful manner.
REQUIREMENTS: 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Technology Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Engineering experience
Experience with JBA/Blue Yonder labor standards, time studies, and AutoCAD Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Proven
experience in collaborating with and influencing cross functional groups across enterprise Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills Strong
experience in building and maintaining relationships

JOB DESCRIPTION: This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Andersen’s Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) program.
The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and enabling data‑driven improvements across the organization.
Additionally, this role will lead the creation of robust reporting and establish a scalable, sustainable labor standards program across the logistics network. PRIMARY
