• The Role We Need PadSplit is hiring a Controller to own the full accounting function at a pivotal moment in our growth.
• You’ll be formalizing systems, designing controls, managing a complex compliance calendar, and serving as the internal expert on everything from revenue recognition to treasury and audit.
• Reporting to the CFO, you’ll work closely with operators, legal, and external partners to ensure financial rigor while helping the business scale responsibly.
