Requirements
- You’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills using evidence-based ABA therapy.
- 💙 ✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO - Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment - Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA - Track progress and collect meaningful session data - Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills - Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development 🎯 WHAT YOU BRING - Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!) - Passion for
- experience in ABA, psychology, or special education - Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection - Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA) - A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset 💼 WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US - Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour - Consistent weekday schedule (no late nights!) - Career growth: Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification - Comprehensive
