Responsibilities
- Own and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end across any function.
- Identify where process is missing or breaking and stand up lightweight systems before problems compound. •
- Maintain shared sources of truth â partner with functional owners to investigate discrepancies, validate data definitions, and build playbooks and institutional documentation that reduce key-person risk.
- Own 2â3 cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery •
- Build or improve at least one recurring operational cadence (planning cycle, metrics reporting, or review process) that the team adopts and relies on •
- Deliver an analysis that directly informs a major strategic decision •
- Drive decisions forward instead of adding meetings and status updates •
Requirements
- Both TLDR Crypto writers both work at Coinbase, TLDR Dev is written by engineers from DeepMind and Meta, TLDR AI is written by researchers from Anthropic and Adobe.

- Experience in a hyper-growth environment â you've operated where structure was being built, not inherited. •
- Advanced spreadsheets minimum; SQL or BI tools a plus •
- MBA or equivalent analytical training •
- Experience with CRM/RevOps systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) •
- AI/automation proficiency for workflow optimization

Experience
- 5â7+ years in business operations, finance, or management consulting , with at 2 years in a cross-functional ops or chief-of-staff-type role at a high-growth company preferred •
